Lost a stone in about a month, just aerobic exercise and swimming 4 times a week, and cut down portion size of meals, hate the gym tho, means to an end x

Surely the rugby training and fitness would help with the weight. I play rugby and we do loads of fitness, I also go to the gym and attend an exercise class called boogie bounce revolution

This is a local gym where they only do 1 on 1 personal training, costs about £20 a session which is well worth it - never felt better in my life.

I'd get bored or fiubd an excuse not to go if I didn't have that personal relationship and friendship with my trainer. I love every week seeing body fat down and muscle up and feeling good about it. Don't get me wrong, still have some excess to get rid of but when you've gone from a tight 36 waist and almost 16 stone to under 13 stone and buying a new suit with a 32 waist it feels great!
