anyone know any that really work?
its a dry chesty cough. My ribs ache and think my lungs are trying to escape via my throat that feels like its been shredded with razor blades.

rub on the chest does work.
also applying it works wonders too.  |

tell you what Wendy its blooming agony, i know mines only a poxy chesty cough compared to what youve got but ive been in tears it hurts so bad.
Feels like ive ripped my diaphragm, the anticipation of coughing nearly brings me to tears  |

oh i think ive deffo pulled something, hurts when i have to bend down to pick up little ones toys, luckily she runs and climbs now so dont have to lift her up anymore |

4 days on and im still full of it
got the whole snotty nose thing going on (not the sexiest look to have)
when you have a cold, do you use toilet roll, tissue's or baby wipes to blow your nose?
i smother my nose in vaseline and use tissues..
if anyone wants to come rub vick on my chest feel free |
