We appear to be having problems recently getting a few channels, e.g. ..

139 - Horror +1

143 - Men&Movies

305 - Movies4Men +1

515 - Vintage tv

... if any of you nice people also have Freesat then can you get the above channels at the moment or not?

"have you re tune them in"

when went to help thru the box it suggests it re-tunes when ever you turn back on if a channel has been added/changed ... those and a few others coming up as "no signal"

guess unlikely they'd actually broadcast a problem unless was major ... hence why was hoping if a.n.other site user has freesat and can get those channels would post on here

Back of Beyond

try this link to a satellite forum..

http://geronimosden.com/index.php?s=ddfe7ba7ce2e379879568a3e52dc03e1

Its basically a forum for getting loads of foreign satellite feeds, but it does keep up to date with freesat transponder changes.

As someone pointed out, if a transponder is changed then your receiver needs to be re-tuned. A skybox doesn't need doing as they juggle the transponder signals so they (mostly) stay where they are. But an independant box needs to be re-tuned.
