I'm thinking of treating myself to a new toy, yes I know they are dear and I know there pointless but I'd still quite like to have one
Debating which to go for, they do them in two sizes the 38mm and 42mm
Lots have people are of the opinion that the smaller size is for ladies and larger for gents.
After trying them on I've found the smaller size looks a bit less like something off Star Trek and more like an actual watch, which I quite like.
Damn my dainty wrists

Mate of mine had one, couldn't sing it's praises loud enough for about 3 weeks when he first got it, then got pissed off with having to constantly charge it on a daily basis, has since sold it and bought himself a Casio |

I bought an Apple Watch back in the early 2000s, analogue, and went backwards, had the apple logo and Think Different on the face, still have it somewhere. |

I have one of the last gen models and use it for health data tracking and emails only, but not for the time I've got a decent automatic that I still use for that, I love the data it provides but would prefer something less watch like. A data band or something. I went for the smaller model because of this I just wanted the smallest cheapest one . |

If choices can't be decided then I'd Fuk everyone and go for both
I am a naturally happy chap

Decided to buy the series 2 42mm I liked the look of the 38mm and it fitted well but after trying both the larger screen area seemed better. I can imagine the smaller screen would annoy me after a while. since they are a fairly big chunk of cash I want to get something I'm happy with |

Mine is the smaller size, all the apps whether 38 or 42 are small anyway to see but you can make them bigger by just turning the dial. The smaller one as you say looks like a watch not a lump of tech on my wrist, I tend to use it to sleep in as I can press a button in the night when I wake and see the time clearly which I can't these days with the Rolex which I alternate daily with my Mont Blanc watches which I wear during the day, I do wear it at weekends As well for walking or any excercise I do, but I find wearing it in the day the battery doesn't last and it's so annoying when you are in a meeting and it keeps pinging or the phone goes off, in all honesty I wouldn't buy one again as I've not really found it to be that beneficial except for when I wake at night and the alarm function. |
