Five in a week is unbelievable, even by this year's standards! Rick Parfitt, George Michael, Liz Smith, now these two! So very sad. Please God, no more! :-/ |

I saw the news last night after returning from watching Rouge One at the pictures. Fitting that she is the last image in the film.
I suppose we were all waiting for it to happen after the Airplane incident, but very sad none the less...

She died of a stroke. She was 84. . Oh news said a stroke brought on by grief xx"
I read that. One of her rellies said it too. Makes a sympathetic story. Can't have been easy for her losing her daughter.
Strokes are generally brought on by blood clots. |

The average age of the celebrities that died this year is 78 which is almost spot on with the national average life expectancy.
A few drug/alcohol dependent celebrities have died prematurely and a few have fell victim to cancer.
So not that a remarkable year really. |
