What do you hope to achieve in 2017? I want to get my confidence back, the last 2 years have been unbearable at times a rollercoaster I couldn't get off and it affected who I was it's now time to take control back 2017 is going to be my year one I want to remember and not forget.  |

Last year I said that 2016 would be the year I could do 5 consecutive pull ups. I only got to 3. If I'm going to fail, then I'm at least setting my sights high. |
