Good morning Fabbers , Friends and Forumites .
What a beautiful chilly morning. The sky is a gorgeous pink mist. There is a chill in the air , when it hits your skin it tingles making one feel splendid to be alive .
This weekend the RSPB are asking people to observe and count the wild birds that visit your garden. Will you be taking part?
Pooch and I have our binoculars and pad at the ready.
Our feathered friends repay the food we leave for them with their songs and colour. They brighten up any chilly morning.
So please , fill up.those bird feeders . Leave out fruit and snacks . Top up them fat ball readers and revel in their song and delight.
Cat owners, why not pop a bell on your cats collar and give the birds fair warning.
Have a splendid birdy weekend chums
Taff and Pooch

If it's a Thursday you can have a shagorant
(Honest record of a bird sighting if you can't tell the difference between a shag and a cormorant ) |

Daughter and I always do the birdwatch. ..we get lots of birds in our garden. They particularly like the scraps we put on the lawn.
The last one we did was rubbish because the weather was really bad. Hoping it'll be better this time. |

We have a pair of Buzzards who let us get about a metre and a half away before flying off. Then going just a little further to do the same again. Leo loves watching them it's like they are saying catch us if you can. |

The squirrels keep nicking our fat balls. However cunning and creative I am at attaching them to the branches of our tree, the squirrels have an answer and are away over the fence in a flash
