Anyone else have this problem? Since starting my new job I've had it a night or two a week but last night it happened twice! I got to sleep fast enough afterwards - I was still half asleep - but I'm shattered now. |

Always happening to me. Usual it's the recurring dream / nightmare of not revising for my finals that wakes me up. I wouldn't mind, but it was 23 years ago! |

Yes! Atleast once a week for the last year or so. Very irritating.
I have tried most things -
- bed early
- no good after 6
- no caffeine after 3
- bath before bed
But no. Nothing. It did save me once when I woke up and checked my phone and realised I hadn't set an alarm |

Not very often but when it has happened it was a very strange feeling, jump out of bed mad scramble for clothes then utter confusion when I check the clock.. thankfully though it's not often. |

Kind of...
When I was in uni, I'd got back from a full day of lectures on very little sleep, so decided to have a nap...
Woke up at 10 thinking it was the next morning, despite it being pitch black, rushed to get ready, then realised it was 10pm. |

The worst is when you wake up at 4am panicked because you have to be at work for 5, rush around get sorted get to work at 5:03 then and only then do you notice it's Sunday and everything is locked up |
