I must just say kinky that's very unhealthy I don't eat until 10am myself small snack on a tea brake but I also have another small meal at lunch again purely on health grounds and the fact I do a physical job .
its unhealthy to skip meals its much more healthy to eat very lightly at set times during the day than to you without xxx |

no offence but that's a load of b*llox
its a myth that you have to have 3 meals a day anyway..
I snack when I'm hungry, but no set meals apart from dinner round about 6ish...
I generally snack on foods that take the edge off the appetite such as almonds, apples and apricots and I drink either black coffee and fruit tea...
I am allowed to eat cheese and chocolate too so its winner, winner chicken dinner as far as I'm concerned (well any type of protein and as much veg as I can stand actually)..
oh and as my doc says its ok I'd rather believe him than you |
