Isn't that where you put a sledgehammer to your front teeth to make a huge gap in your teeth, then pronounce "Get the London look", because of that Rimmel model with the gap? There was a joke video about it a few years back... That's what comes to mind when I hear about the London look. My daughter and her friends used to drive me crazy mimicking it.
