Just whipped up a smoothie. 2 avocados strawberries milk and cream. Marvellous.

Not as sleep inducing as a session with a hottie but hey ho.

Normally a pack of chicken super noodles, peanut butter on toast or cereal.

Normally just lots and lots of water very rarely a cheese burger and fries if the takeaway is still open.
