I can feel this bastard trying to take grip as the warmer weather comes.

Do you suffer from it?

What works for you?

I used to get injections for it, but you can only have a few in your life as they cause brittle bone disease.

Not if you drink it in a ritualistic way while listening to U2

From my lounge I'm about 10 feet from a yellow flowering field Fab won't let me say the R word and can see three others. I think a lot of my cold is also Hayfever.

I hate those seeds that force themselves on our nostrils. Must be bad living next to a field of them. I feel for you.

We are surrounded by r seed where we live and it's oneof the things that set my hayfever off.

Puffy eyes, running nose such an attractive look.

It's like having a cold when the sun comes out. It makes me an miserable indoor hermit.

This might sound gross but when my eyes get bad the only think that stops it is finding these stringy bits that firm under my eye lids and gently pulling them out!

Nottingham

I almost cured my hayfever by eating locally produced honey every day. I used to live less than a mile from the city farm and although it was expensive to buy the honey it worked. I had a teaspoonful every day for about 2 years.

Nowadays i don't need to take antihistamines. I just get itchy eyes during hayfever season and that's it.
