Varys is one of my favourite characters.

I hope Arya gets reunited with her family and Nimiria or whatever her dire wolfs name is!

If you think it's taking a long time to get back on TV, spare a thought for those of us who've been waiting 6 years (and counting!) for the next book in the Song of Ice and Fire series. Harsh as it sounds I'm not sure it'll ever be published now

Anyway, back to your question. I Bronn but more seriously, I think the best character has to be Tyrion, for his wit and wisdom and because Peter Dinklage is such a good actor, dominating every scene he's in.

Tyrion for me. He might be a dwarf. But he can control the whole scene. Outshine anyone. I think we will be in for quiet a few surprises. Can hardly wait. All good things take time.

The tv series has gone beyond the books now. He admitted that he doesn't have to actually write anymore of the books anymore as he has made so much money from the series.

Plus I have to say I don't think he is a good writer. The last couple of books were hard going and I ended up skipping/skimming lots of filler pages.

Oh, I know he doesn't *have* to write to earn a living and I agree the last couple weren't quite as enjoyable as the earlier books but I still want to read the complete series. A Song of Ice and Fire has always been presented as a saga and regardless of the GoT show, it feels like a bit of a cop out if the final books that have always been promised never materialise after all. I love GoT but also love the books for their greater depth, additional characters and wealth of detail, and would like to experience that as the story concludes, rather than simply knowing how it all ends via TV.

I'll be smashing last season in preperation, anyone else doing this?

Now I want to know where I got thousand suns/sons from

Thousand island sauce like you put on a prawn cocktail

Yeah I've got them all on box sets on sky, I watch my favourite episodes from each series. Mad how much you pick up when watching them for a second or third time! Like when Jon snow is talking to the mayster (can't spell these words) the blind guy in series 1 and he says a couple of hints to jons birth right.

I love season 6 when danerys jumps on drogon and destroys all the ships that's attacking and the end scene where you see all the boats and dragons flying over. Also like watching battle of the bastards and season 5 when they go to hard home, the night king when he raises his hands, I thought he was going to make the sea do something the first time I watched it.

Brienne of Tarth is one of my favourites. Loyal and tough but you warm to her personality too. I would love to see her get it on with Tormund!
