It's not necessarily easy to search worldwide but you can search in various countries like Australia, Canada, Ireland, NZ and the States.

I don't know about the desktop site, as I never use it, but on a mobile if you go to 'browse and search profiles' it says 'Browsing UK. Tap to change'.

Tap into that and you can change countries.

or you could do a tour of the chatrooms..

but that would probably only work at odd times of the day and night
