Have just bought the books The juice master and slim for life fantastic read and some great recipes by Jason Vale. Ps have just ordered a new juicer of ebay happy days. Have any of you tried this is it easy to follow and whats the success rate. Detoxing is it a good thing.

Its like anything else shaz...willpower is needed bigtime.

Its ok having liquids all the time but there are times you need summat solid in ya mouth

i use my juicer nearly daily, like you said cheap fruit off the market is perfect, my fave at the mo is apple ginger lemon and carrot x

bought the book.

tried it.

most of the juices were green, which are quite unappetising at the best of times.

tried mixing in some soda water which helped.

lasted about three weeks. gave up.

book now collects dust on the shelf and the juicer is in a cupboard somewhere

I got rid of my juicer because every time I went to get a piece of fruit the youngest had been inventing 'potions' in the kitchen and juiced all of it!
