am glad they have caught the murdering thug who is "allegedly" responsible or killing the oap who was trying to put out one of the fires in london riot, but what will happen to the thug?,the police and gov't say they will be tough!,but will the soft senle judges deliver when the murder of this oap and the three in winson green ge to court?.
we are suffering now for years of political correctness gone wrong and left wing softly softly approach to crime & violence i am afraid. |

"Nope, he'll get the book thrown at him for sure. It'd be incredible if he got less than a mandatory life sentence under 20 years."
Also, would people ever post the sauce! |

you are right its because of all this softly aprouch to bringing up our kids over the years that all of this is happening they think they can get away with anything and mostly do and most probaly will when they go to the courts |

Theres a debate in the Lords this morning....public disorder...
Hope it rises above the stultifyingly inane, generic shit that was evident in the Commons yesterday...to be fair it generally does..
I would guess the lad will get the book thrown at him....

It all depends on the judge he gets.
Look at what's happening during the charging stage. For example millionaires daughter caught with £5k of goods, bailed and electronically tagged. Single mum, care worker charged with similar offence: held on remand!
Fingers crossed if found guilty he's up in front of a judge that will hand down an appropriate sentence! |

i could not understand the police attitude in just standing by and watching all the "crowd disorder to escalate in to a full blown rioting & looting session in the very first place!.
having gone to a fair few football matches and' seen police attitudes
as an 'away supporter we would always be a target for the police who would keep you in the away section of the ground for n hour after the game had finished, then shepherd you to the coach park!,i seen guys try to get out of the herd to go to the car park(or to a toilet,or the shop across the road for cig's)only for some heavily armoured copper belt you with his stick across your back or shoulders and tell you get back in line!,whoever argued back would then get another baton-belting and then 2 or 3 burly warriors would drag you out of line and arrest you (after a belting or kicking!)for reisting arrest and 'public disorder' offences!.
so why the "softly softly attitude in the these riots?,it obviously did not work!. |
