We have our house on the market at the moment and had a _iewing at 9.30 this morning as we had VIP passes for a sporting event today. The couple turned up on time, spent an hour or so here (fine) and appeared to be quite enthusiastic about our home. Before they left they requested if they could return around 4pm this afternoon to check out what effect the trees in the back garden had on the early evening sun (shade) as they were only in the area today.
So we told them that would be fine. I relinquished my VIP ticket to a girlfriend of the wifes and stayed home. ................
Feckers never turned up!!! Gutted.

Cheers guys, been looking forward to today for weeks now, the folk wern`t to know our plans, but thats just pure inconsideration.
