From my memories of clubs in Sheffield as a young man there seemed to be no upper age limit. I think that's a good thing, but then i've always had a penchant for the more mature lady. |

"Never too old!
I'm an old school raver, my eldest son, 24 loves taking me clubbing!
I'm the first on & last off the dance floor. "
That would make 2 of us always till the sun comes up! |

Nothing better than a summers day, the sun comes up as you open another bottle of wine. Mai oui, mai oui! |

Never! I work most weekends in clubs and no intention of giving up just yet. There was a time when anyone over 30 in a disco seemed past it but now there's punters of all ages going out and shaking their tail feather.
But saying that, if I'm not performing on DJing, rarely go out. Most modern music the kids play out is nonsense |

It totally depends on the club (by which I assume you mean nightclub rather than swinging club). I went to one when I was about 30 and all these little kiddies were in awe of me as being an original old skool oldie I've found that out in the US they're much more open to different ages so I've never encountered this kind of ageism out there.
As a rule... the local ritzy probably 14-23... a decent underground club probably 16-44... a festy or more enlightened open party all ages.
As the raver generation ages there's probably gonna be a hole in the market for decent places to get utterly monstered and listen to blindingly good tekno... so we may see clubs arising for the 50+ age range |
