Yeah height can be a deciding factor on here when it comes to who I want to meet. Silly really cos in real life I see guys that I find attractive and they aren't all over 6 foot. |

im 5ft7/8 ive had so many short comments on nights out from random women, in heels! lol i swear they forget they have the things on! i tell them to take them off and they plummet  some women will overlook you because of height on these sites, ive had it done to me. but not all. i met one off another site that was 5ft9/10 she turned up in high heels, she must of been 6ft1 in them! lol we went and got some drinks from the shop i felt ridiculous walking around there with her haha. she didnt care at all though and we saw each other quite a few times. |

I think a lot of the women who do, do it just as a filter. Simply an easy way reduces the pool.
I'm 5' 10 and 3/4 but people often think i'm taller because of my build, so obviously that sort of thing is impossible to come across on a profile. |

My lover is 5'1" I'm 5'7". Sure there height difference makes certain things more difficult but we have a go and adapt. If I fancy someone I fancy them, regardless of height etc. |

I rarely look at height to be honest. It's not that big a deal to me. I'm average height at 5.5". I would ideally prefer taller than me. That isn't really an issue if there's chemistry though. |

I cannot psychologically get past it if a man is not taller than me, and as I wear heels for meets this becomes more important. If I'm the same height or taller than the man, in whatever shoes I'm wearing, then I feel big and unfeminine. I'm probably average height but I wish I were shorter so more men can be an option for me.

I once met a bodybuilder. The kind of body that's cliche for women to lust after. I thought I was treating myself, seeing as he'd contacted me. What a mistake that was.
Conversely, the best meet I had with a guy was a short, tubby little fella who had less than average length. He was a sweetie and we had alot of fun.

If we're different heights standing up then we will be different lengths laying down, I think it's you that's not understanding ......... if we are different heights standing then when we lay down our feet or heads will finish in different places ........ is that easier to comprehend |

I did once hear that there is an ideal height difference between man an woman for the best sex. I can't remember what it is, but it would mean that I would be matched with considerably shorter men than I prefer. I think the theory is based on the assumption that the genitals on both male and female are central on the body, thus requiring a certain length in the upper body for faces to be in the same place for kissing. I think this could be true, because although 6 foot plus men look so hot, I do find kissing easier when having sex with a shorter man. Obviously doesn't matter where the feet land in the bed, unless one gets off on playing footsie lol.

YES it's a saying, that doesn't mean it's fact!! What is fact length is the measurement used for something or someone laying down and height is the measurement for someone or something standing lol

I understand what the saying means, I also understand that a 6'2" guy and a 5'10" woman lying in bed is 6'2" and 5'10", but when their heads are on the pillows at the headboard, looking into each other eyes, they would feel the "same height". To be the same height stood up, your eyes are at the same level, in bed, your eyes are at the same level.

5' 6" is shorter than average but not particularly short.
I'm the same height and we have met at least one couple where the man was a couple of inches shorter than me.
As long as he's a nice guy and I'm attracted to him, height isn't an issue.
