I think i binge sleep.... i seem to go days with none then have a day or two out cold.

Anyone else suffer? What helps? God knows ive tried everything, i just spend the night pacing around or staring at the ceiling listening to cheffy snoring peacefully.

suffer with it a lot, found nothing works, stress is a major factor for me with insomnia, i usually end up reading if i can’t sleep.

Same here.

The alarm will be going off in40 minutes. I came to bed at 10pm, slept for about an hour between 11pm and midnight, been awake since.

I’ve never been a good sleeper, so I don’t worry about it now. The days I can’t sleep doesn’t make me any different in work.

irregular work hours and stress..... need a holiday but then we party and don't sleep yet we don't complain then lol
