spit, with a good helping of double cream

Duck, then goose, then lamb, then beef, then pork (Chinese style), then chicken.

Duck, goose and lamb has got to be pink, beef has to be rare.

Pork is belly pork with very crispy crackling.

I seldom make a roast dinner at home when on my own, except for a duck at Christmas if I am at home.

I would make fried rice and noodle soup with the leftovers afterwards.

A goose is way to big for myself nowadays, which is a shame, as goose is very tasty!
