I don't find it fun or disgusting.

If there's a lot of air inside me it can get quite painful, so I wiggle my fingers inside myself, to get it out.

No woman I know cant help fanny farting, I always reassure them and tell them its just nature. Some have giggled and some have been a little embarrassed. But hey, it's life and move on.
