cam work in the new chat room. Followed instruction in white box in top right corner but nothing happens, tho the microphone works ??

Does it work on Skype? Try it. If there is a file missing then when you set it up for Skype they'll down load it for you

Once it works in Skype it should work in the chatrooms

If you are using mozilla firefox it won't work.

Use google chrome or similar.

thank you all......it works now using google chrome but didnt before using firefox........oh and took lens cap off as well ha !!
