You have to be in the right frame of mind I think for fab... get your ‘fab head’ on and it’s great... let it come off and it’s not so good!! I had time out and feel miles better for it... my fab head is back and so is my confidence because I know what I want!!

Both but ultimately it depends how I feel about myself.

Sometimes I wake up and think I look alright for a 37yr old mother of 4, other times I think I look old, frumpy, and just feel like shit.

I am happy in my skin.Dont need a site to pump up my confidence.

In saying that I have become more confident sexually.

And I know I am not everyones cup of tea/coffee.
