Siren's installed it on me feckin laptop and it's tried to take over the whole fookin shebang!

I used to insert a music CD into the drive and my trusty old RealPlayer would fire up and ask me politely if I wanted to save the tracks to disk. Now feckin iTunes fires up immediately and starts recording the cd to it's own frickin whatever Apple called it storage spot.

iTunes is like the seagulls in Finding Nemo .... Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine!

Alter your preferences so it doesnt automatically add a cd to itunes

Had lots of problems with iTunes

I made the mistake of letting it manage my music and it fucked up all my DJ sets as it moved it into separate folders based on artist instead of keeping it where it should've been.

Also struggling to transfer iTunes from one machine to another for someone

Go into the control panel and reset your default media player.

I hate iTunes and took it out many moons ago. There is an add on to Windows Media Player which allows you to use it to add stuff onto your iPod without using iTunes at all

No, the one I got was called 'MGTEK Dopisp'

Mind, having said that, it was a couple of years ago and it may well have been superceded since then. I don't even use an iPod anymore, I just dump my music onto my Galaxy S

But while I used it, MGTEK worked well
