Hi there,

As you might know from other posts of mine I am a bit of a gym bunny. Nothing like going there and pumping some weights

I was wondering what other people are like when it comes to goingto the gym ?

As would you like to be my gym bunny ? hehe

I joined 3 weeks ago and have only just started my program. I prefer the rowing machine and the cross trainer.

Treadmill on incline really hurts my legs.

I am trying to encourage Woody to come along too

I used to enjoy going to the gym but for health reasons that is not possible at the moment.

When I do go back I don't think I'm what your looking for in a gym bunny so I'm going to have to pass on that one sorry

Well it is just a matter of slowly building it up .. YOu will soon be amazed at what you can do

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I'm lucky in that we have a free gym at work (well, the soldiers need somewhere to kiss their biceps!) so go as much as I can. I was ill over summer so I have neglected it a bit but my usual programme is 30 mins cross trainer then 20 mins pilates Mon, Wed & Fri, and weights plus 20 mins rowing or static bike Tues and Thurs. I used to do military circuits Tues and Thurs but I need to get back in condition before I go back as they were brutal!

On a Saturday when It's time to play rugby. Some of the lads say" I'm injured, did it at the gym, or I did it training.". So I don't train and I don't go to the gym , so I'm fit enough to play on a Saturday.

nothing wrong with military circuits i used to love them and yer true to say alot of bicep kissing goes on in a squaddie gym lol happy to say im not one lol x

I worked in gyms for years. I gym bunny is actually a name given to the girls that use gyms all dolled up in makeup and fancy training clothes
