A bloody bomb sight!

I have been backing pineapple Christmas cake and traditional Christmas cake today, never done them before, the pineapple one as turned out well, the other is in the oven and will find out at Christmas if its any good, finger crossed.

Thinking of making some home-made fudge to give out a presents but there are so many recipes out there i don't know which one to use any tips anyone?

My Kitchen......In my new house is less than a third of the size of the kitchen in my old house, subsequently it's always in a bloody mess!

If you are going to make fudge you should ensure you are making it in a pan with a very heavy base, preferably a copper based pan.
