If I see it there (and that's a big 'if) then I will have a look at the profile.

If I like the look or sound of them, I will send a message related to the wink.

If they are anonymous or their profile doesn't match mine, I will ignore.

No use winking me. I hardly check them, or the who's looked at me page. Then I mass delete.
