I like to think swinging is a bit of fantasy land - you can be whoever you want to be, as such "_habs" and (my real self) I find are two different people,.. and only those that know me best can tell when I switch between both personas
Now I'm not saying I hold anyone in judgement for whichever facet of their personality they throw forward,.. I just like to think when I'm "Ahabs", then "Naked is the status quo".. whereas in real life clothing is a necessity |

I wanted to leave the real me behind when I first got single 5 years ago. When I first decided to be Fia, I'd say 'yes' there wasa big difference. As time has gone on though, I have become a much more confident and self sufficient individual than I ever was... both in Fet/Swinging and Vanilla, so I reckon nowadays there is not much difference.
The result being, I like me a whole lot better than I used to, and feel I'm a nicer, easier person to be around because of it.  |

I am actually a much nicer person in real life than I am online. I don't shy away from opinions either online or off, but I am a caring and compassionate person and that doesn't come across that well in text. I'm also more diplomatic in real life. If I had something to say I'd say it, but in a manner that does not make the other person uncomfortable - unless I didn't like them.
There is also a diva side to me which is probably more evident here than in real life, unless I'm at home and I am spoilt and expect my own way.
But I am well liked and people always turn to me if they have problems, friends, colleagues, etc. One of the cleaners at work, who has a learning disability, comes in to see me in my office every morning because I talk to her and give her a little attention. She comes to me if she has problems and I like to make sure she's ok at work. I have to warn her when I'm on holiday as she gets a little stressed without her routine of saying hello every morning.
So whilst I can be confrontational, I do actually have a pleasant side to me

In real life I'm more fun than I come across online. I suspect many on here would be surprised by the real me. That said I can be just as blunt though and have the same intolerence towards those I consider fools.
The other advantage in real loife is that you also get Boho who is far prettier and funnier than me. |

I like to think I'm the same but when I meet people for a social they always seem surprised. "What is somebody like you doing on a site like that? You seem far too prim and proper". When I tell them what we've got up to since joining the site, they genuinely did it hard to believe. Even proper ladies deserve a varied and fulfilling sex life though right?! |

No. Aura does not manifest in cyberspace,not matter how articulated the prose is presented. Body language is absent, which contributes greatly to persona. I would wager, the majority have a less vibrant persona online. |
