If so what kick started your day?

I was up early so I have had time to enjoy a Ham/Cheese & Egg bake with Rocket and toast and a nice big Coffee

I’m working from home today so will get up and at ‘em soon.

Then breakfast will be porridge with fresh blueberries with a coffee.

Thanks. I just don't like going there. Gotta be done though. I have a filling to look at and also dental hygiene so killing 2 birds.. And then work at lunchtime, wahey!
