Ahhhhhhhhhh.......anyone no of any jobs going, Glasgow area bar work prefer manger of bar, club, or supervisor or something as Im a manager now of a team of 9, help!!! I hate my freaking job x also poss moving through Glasgow way march/April x |

To be honest same here, I love my day job but the shifts in a pub? No way, not just because of the nasty customers singling me out for their fun but some of the staff too, seems some companies give someone the title of manager without actually giving them training. And those who have the title manager, think they are experts even the trainees 
I so love being just an employee, then you can see what idiots management truly are, think I would rather sweep the streets and definitely looking for somewhere a lot better than a pub to work in as I've no choice in having to do a second job  |

I done hospitality for 3 years, now manage 3 bars in a 4 star hotel resort, not just a dingy bar, I agree that would be shit, I trained very hard and have now been in hotels 10yrs, I consider myself v.good at my job, management is not always easy, x |
