Depends on the circumstances if they just had dinner etc .

But with this cold I have I couldn't smell anyone at this moment

It may be a little selfish but I think people who smell of BO are worse. At least if you smell of garlic/onion you probably have a reason but BO

Like with a lot of smells, people that smell a little off generally are not aware of it due to being so used to the smell.

Or OP stop standing in restaurants smelling all the waiting staff as they leave the kitchen with food
