When you pass out of this little life what music would you like to accompany you?

I think I might go for Morning has Broken sung by Cat Stevens, then maybe "Summertime" sung by JJ. or perhaps Hotel California.

One of the songs would be seasons in the sun

Cause it sums my life up perfectly i think

But the final exit music would have to be

Ronda Veneziano (Venice in peril)xx

I shall be shuffling off to buffalo on the haunting strains of “ Ashokan Farewell”,,,,,,,,

Although if I can't have that one !!!!

I wouldn’t mind disembarking mortality to the same tune played at the New Orleans Jazz Funeral for tuba player Kerwin James……… which is well worth a watch on youtube….

I am not sure for the actual first part of the funeral but I would really like "Stayin Alive" by the Bee Gees as people leave. I would like them to go out of the service with a smile on their face.

Hubby would love living on a prayer and I would like something lively and upbeat. A celebration of a good life rather than a life that's gone.

This is something we have spoke about often, and we both would like to give a chuckle as the curtain closes so....

for tb its going to be "Ding Dong the with is dead" from the wizard of Oz and for tb its "Burn baby burn disco inferno"

Ruichi Sakamoto - Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence is my all time favourite piece of music. I have a recording of when he played it live with just a violinist and cello accompianament and it's truly breathtaking. Wheel me out to that tune please.

Robert Palmer - "Addicted to Love"

With four ladies (dressed in similar attire to the video - all black - with pale make-up and red lips) accompanying the coffin

Obviously, I wouldn't be able to see the look on my nearest and dearest faces!!

Check out the video on youtube - a real classic..
