Google Gwent Police video news - Saw this on the BBC wales news and wondered what it was that caused the Police to flip - the 17 minute car chase perhaps - but on the news they also showed what had happened just prior to the clip - He had been stopped for not wearing the seatbelt the police appeared to take his dtails and then walked away from the car so he drove of apparently thinking they had finished with him - seems pretty rough handling for a guy 70 years - hardly posing a threat to 3 police officers. |
