Thank you and to all the dad's who are mum too!
I am mum , dad and grandparents to my boys. It's a tough job sometimes but also an amazing adventure.

Had a bit of a shit one if I’m honest, my boys live with their dad (two are autistic and he was a stay at home dad so made sense when we split) and Mother’s Day is always a bit shit for me now, when they was small I would always get a homemade card complete with scary looking women on and chocolates and each year it’s getting less and less and this year I didn’t even get a card from them, I did get a d*unk call from my son on Friday wishing us happy anniversary and mother’s day and I saw the other two on FaceTime today (which I didn’t expect). Their dad always sorted stuff out for them when we split but now they all have their own money it’s down to them, I never expect doughnut to sort stuff out because I’m a bit funny about it, I know I’m odd. So I’ve stayed off Facebook and stuff today because it makes me sad.
I take comfort that there are people far worse than me that can’t see their mums and dads anymore, so I’m very lucky to be able to see them even on a screen.
