The theme is Frontal Friday, be “up front” and what does that mean to you
For some it’s been a brave moment to share publicly something they normally wouldn’t; others have gone the whole hog; and some have been up front with their words / feelings. So it is entirely up to you
For me it’s all about positivity, this is me like it or not, squidginess on show
