Life is pretty shit for both of us at the moment but we turn to eachother mostly

Just seems one thing after another with no let up

I'll go to the gym and lift heavy things and put them down again ... It's the best place to think things through and release the stress of a situation

Pets - they always cheer me up.

Food - they make me feel better.

Friends - it is good to talk.

Work - makes the days go faster.

Outdoor pursuits - they clear my mind.

Dance classes - they help me to focus.

Drive my car on twisty roads - it is fun and makes me happy.

i tend to keep things to myself, as i try to protect the family if there is probs at work ie job losses on the go, and try to resolve them myself

We live 90 miles apart, but when Im in trouble I ask myself "what would mom do".

If I need the truth, guess who can give it...

Being as Im new to Liverpool, I don't realy have any mates up here.....(awwww call me Billy) and if I tell my folks I tend to just upset my mam and get a lecture of my dad, so when I get to hard times I crack open a tinny......

luckily no hard times for 6 months.....
