Tell them you like them!
A few of today's threads, along with a couple of conversations have made me realise I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to telling people I like them and making that initial effort to take the conversation further, even if just in a friendly way.
So let this thread be another of those opportunities to let someone know you like them and want to know more
