Over the last 4 days I've had some amazing help. I've "put out" what I really needed to help with feeding other people and it's all come back to fruition and then some!
This is my pledge to carry on passing my good fortune on.
Do you lot do anything like that? |

Someone once describing me said “he will set himself on fire, if he thought you were cold”, it was rather humbling... and to be honest embarrassing.... I do what I can, but I cannot claim that this is not done without motivation
Knowing you have done something to positively affect someone’s life, a stranger, a friend, a lover or family member has a reward that must be acknowledged; to know you “done good” gives us worth either consciously or subconsciously. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t. |

I bought lunch for the office (only 4 of us in)today.
How long does it take for it all to come to fruition? |

There's not much I can give as I really have fuck all (unless it's empty cupboards!) but what I can do is offer my time and life experience to try to help people where I can.
And yes, if I can... I will.

I've lived by the pass it on theory for ever ... never do anything for reward but the thoughtof another passing on that to another "in need" is enough to keep me happy |

I do it with no other agenda other than to be conscious of receiving good and passing on good.
A lady at Morrison’s gave me her bonus 3000 points. I thanked her and said I would pass that kindness on.
When someone thanks me, I just ask that they pass it on. |

Yes but part of the reason is because I remember how awful it can be to have nothing and be broke when I was a lot younger. I hate to think of other children struggling and the bullying that can occur and the worries for parents so I donate to foodbanks and gift to present/easter egg/breakfast club collections in our local area a lot. |

You have so much to give. And I thank you for everything you have helped me with. |

I have the same attitude towards helping others. Pay it forward and ask them to do the same. |

I must admit about 20 years ago saying goodbye to a work colleague, she thanked me for making her a better person! I didn’t understand what she meant, but she explain how I always have time for people regardless of what’s going on in my life and would always put others first! She said she now doesn’t just think ‘what’s in it for her’ when she decides to do things!
Another friend described me as the most compassionate person she knew! Lol
Funny how others see you! I just live the life my parents taught me! (Obviously with my own tweak, as who does what their parents advise!)
