You can easily make them yourself if you have access to a sewing machine. I have done it.
Cut a pair of trousers in the way you want them to come off and see velcro down them. You don't necessarily need to have a single length all the way down. You can use pieces for less sewing.
You can do it manually but it's quicker and easier with a sewing machine.
The only place I have come across stripper trousers is Mad World fancy dress in London, but they hire them out and probably won't sell them. They may be willing to sell to you or tell you where they get them.

Will definitely look at mad world but might have a go at making some, have a sowing machine as Mrs makes a lot of her outfits when she performs  |
