Half a bottle of red last night & the other half tonight. I make a conscious effort not to drink Monday to Wednesday but you can't les e half a bottle!! Coupled with stress .......

I don't mind a few beers watching the football midweek, no more than that as i'd be risking going over the limit if i'm driving at 6.30 to work, i normally stick to the weekends.

i only drink if i go out, i dont drink in the house, i have been out thro the week a few times tho and had a couple of drinks
