I find it intetesting and I didnt know that different types of handshakes means different things, did you? Here is what they mean:

A good firm handshake is a universal sign of strength and assuredness, a firm (but not crushing) handshake is a sign of mutual respect from both parties.

I usually get the soft ones and I give the same back but yesterday I got a firm but not crushing handshake. I liked it

Heaven protect me from the limp lettuce style of handshake from either male or female.

On a mooch

Was taught to grasp the hand firmly, whilst greeting the person and I still do that

Firmish, not too firm if it's a lady, read your shakee, confident, not too lingering and good eye contact with a smile - job done....

I once had a customer with a prosthetic right arm and he would use his left hand to shake - confusing as fuck unless you're prepared...

It can tell you if they've just jerked off and haven't washed their hands.

I shake hands with a lot of people in my daily job. I really dislike those limp, not sure how long to engage handshakes

Much prefer a warm greeting/departure firm grip

I like to think of a soft hand shake says a lot about a person and often refer to it as a wet fish haha

This handshake phenomenon is such a load of bs. The only time you need to be firm is when you’re spanking whilst in doggy.

Stand cross to lady while shaking hand, it is considered as non threatening, and make her feel easy.

O like firm.

Perhaps schools could include handshakes as part of their curriculum

Burntwood

Nothing makes my skin crawl more than a man who shakes hands like he's holding jelly. It's absolutely grotesque. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman they feel they need to be delicate or what? But yuck!
