I discover this dish called shakshuka. And it's been a frequent favourite.. in many forms.

But apart from poached and runny boiled, I love them.

I do agree with on the omelette, one of my favourite dish and the first thing I learnt to cook

Depends on what I fancy.

Sometimes scrambled.

Sometimes poached.

Sometimes fried (three in a small pan is just perfect).

Sometimes an omelette but only if we have spring onions as well.

I like mine fried in a little olive oil and served on top of marmite toast with freshly ground sea salt, black pepper and a little turmeric , delicious!

I am loving poached eggs with smashed avocado on toast and grilled tomato at the moment!

This was trumped at the weekend with a fellow fabster adding chorizo to the mix....... heaven
