Morning all
I'm just wondering if any of you have watched this documentary on Netflix.
For those of you that haven't seen it it's about a guy travelling around talking to top athletes and sports nutritionists about where we should be getting our protein from and if animal based proteins are rightly taught to be the best way get protein and in turn strength. It isn't.
I highly recommend the show, I found it to be an eye opener and my new years resolution is to give a plant based diet a go from January.
I'd be interested to hear what anyone else who has watched it thinks.

I havent started it yet, but I imagine I will because it's something I have large amounts of every day. I plan on having 1 cheat day a week for things like dairy. |
