I dont have favourites almost always full body
I learnt to embrace enjoy and train the moves I found more difficult with the same passion I give an easier movement
If I had to choose a fave sport or exercise it would be the one the provided the greatest all round psychological confrontation |

Leg day is my favourite, with all the variations of squat machines being a firm favourite, pendulum squat paired with Jacob's ladder my first true love.
That said, I do love back day too with all the cables!! |

"I was in the gym today willing my Buddah Belly to fuck off by doing 100 sit ups. It's not working. "
Quick tip. Sit ups dont burn belly fat. You'll achieve your goal by eating clean and healthy foods and combining the nutritional aspects mentioned with exercise. Good luck |

Wide grip pull ups are my fave exercise.
But leg days are the most rewarding because they're the most gruelling for me. I love that sense of achievement you get after smashing it in the squat rack.
And the ladies seem to like a solid butt so standards must be maintained

No they dont. Spot fat reduction has been heavily researched. It's not a thing. Outside of surgery of course. |
