Over thinking Christmas

Do we over think it. I have a freezer and fridge full of Christmas food. The cupboards are full of tins and snacks.

Plus I have beer and other drinks in.

So I really don't need nothing.

But I still sitting here trying to figure out what else I need.

I know I will need bread and a lettuce.

But that's a 5 min walk to Lidls up the street.

So why am I sitting here worried about making a list ??

I think you should wait a week at least before buying them. You don't want a dry crust and a limp lettuce on Xmas day.

I do need a dry crust as am making bread crumbs for my home made mini Scott's eggs yummy. And lettuce can keep up to about 3 weeks if stored right.

And I did think it was a good joke you made X

I think lots of us do it. We've got two tins of sweets and only one of us can eat them . Anyone who pops in won't go hungry either lol. We've made sure that as much as possible is frozen or has a long sell by date so there's no waste.
