So Villa beat Liverpool’s youth side, what was the point?
Liverpool were due to play in world club competition and this was known in August, I am sure both fans of Aston Villa and Liverpool would have preferred a postponement and the tie played by full squads at a time more suitable, it’s ridiculous for Liverpool to have to play in England today and in Qatar tomorrow..
