Bess is Britians loneliest dog , having spent 10 YEARS in a shelter in Kent .

So if anyone in that area fancies giving him a forever home it would be amazing .

She looks adorable

I have raised 3 generations of Border Collies when I lived out in the sticks, this sounds very sad to me.

To be honest I would have her straight away, but I live on the second floor in a poxy little flat which isn't gonna help her in anway. These dogs need plenty of exercise, and some more as well as love & affection like we all do
