I don't think you get many specific stay for that reason but you could always get luck. Some spas hotels have been real fun in the past especially at weekends with hen party's
I’ve come here with a fwb. Lovely spa but agree not really the place you’ll find other fabbers. We did play with the curtains wide open and she wore a really skimpy, slightly see thru bikini. So you never know you might get lucky
