Helsinki is more of a gay/bi sauna for men. As you are straight and not looking for men ide probably not recomend it for you. Only mixed day is a friday but thats not popular with couples. |

It's always been very sparse in Suffolk and Norfolk especially after Mingles closed down a few years ago. We have been to Jaydees quite a few times and it is certainly a friendly club, a lot different than the VA and Libs but if you like dancing there is always good music for that and unlike most other clubs, people always dance. It isn't as classy as many other clubs but def worth a visit. Hosts are always lovely. |

Yes mingles was so handy.
We give VA a wide berth now.
We went to Jaydees and will definitely return.
Penthouse is our preferred venue at the moment because of friends.
Hopefully monkey business will have more events (doesn't seem to be each week) but we are also keen to try Libs.
Gets expensive too memberships all over, hotels, entry etc.

There was a social attempted by another couple several months ago, we couldn't go as it clashed with holidays. It did take place but was very poorly attended so they didn't run another one.  |

A club is defo needed around here ! Hard work getting to clubs for me , with no car, but I seem to manage cycling to train station getting train so far then a lift to Milf at VA. (Through discord and friends I made at VA , needed to have convo with single men I don’t know re giving me lift “does not mean we are playing “ is not best situation and can be stressful but has worked out so far ) Daytime only as yes money an issue for evenings staying over, but much prefer coming home anyway.

Well it's been a bissy day on the Ipswich social front. The inner circular of organisers has been formed. A venue being sourced even a fab profile being made. Dates to be confirmed but looking like the 3rd saterday of the month. Watch this space

It’s because since the demise of Mingles, Suffolk and North Essex hasn’t had any significant local events or clubs to go to for years! Everything is over 1.5hrs away so all those horny frustrated locals are desperate to meet up with like minded people in a non-pressured environment.

How many singles men or woman is the right amount eg ratio.
If we paid for a venue would people be happy to contribute for the hire and dj.
Is it best to have it in the town center where it's easy to get to or somewere remote so your less likely to be seen?
